Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels. Organise and manage an efficient storage system. Source and order supplies, liaising with suppliers as needed. Conduct quality and quantity checks on received goods. Analyse inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock turnover. Resolve stock issues such as shortages or overstocking. Generate regular inventory reports and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations. Support internal departments with inventory-related needs. Assist with audits, minimize risk, and manage inventory costs. Requirements: Matric Certificate (NQF 4) 46 years'''''''' experience in inventory or stores-related roles Strong organizational and analytical skills Computer literacy MS Word, Excel, Outlook Experience with Syspro, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams (preferred) Knowledge of scale spare parts (advantageous) Valid drivers license (preferable) No criminal record
