Job Description
To drive sales and achieve targets in the appointed region through management of the sale team, distributors, and agents To offer superb service levels to all clients and to solve problems and maintain client relationships. Key job responsibility: Identify and establish new business Schedule and visit national Buyers and Area Managers Negotiate national and regional deals and promotional opportunities with Key accounts Implement annual price increases Budget delivery against targets Monitoring of distributors Data gathering and interpretation with feedback to key accounts Manage utilization of store investment allocation and issued assets Presentations to categories (different customer groups) Sales target management and achievement of set targets nationally Communication of progress to reps and customers with effective use of reporting tools Sustaining and growth of existing customers and distributors Quick and efficient competitor intelligence gathering and the ability to react General problem solving at national, regional and customer level. Conduct sale reviews at national and regional levels Uphold company reputation and image. Staff training Attending management meetings. Attend Board meetings.
