Logistics Coordinator

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or similar At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, in fruit/agriculture - essential Knowledge of QX or other fruit systems Experience with export documentation Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the entire logistics process from loading point to final delivery destination. Schedule and secure supply chain services promptly, selecting the most suitable options based on market availability, compliance standards, and client needs. Keep transport and shipping information current and share updates with all relevant parties. Confirm dispatches quickly and accurately to support the timely preparation of export and local documentation. Track vessel and container movements, generate status reports for stakeholders, and address any delays or disruptions. Manage communication and coordination with third-party service providers, such as cold storage facilities and off-site warehouses. Gather and provide precise data required for internal export clearance procedures. Report logistics-related issues to the Logistics Manager and support the assessment and consolidation of claims.
