Regional Logistics & Transportation Senior Manager

Key responsibilities Oversee the regional logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution of products Develop and implement strategies to optimise transportation networks, warehouse operations, and inventory management Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers, carriers, and other third-party vendors Analyse logistics and transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics and transportation plans with overall business objectives Lead and mentor a team of logistics and transportation professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols What we're looking for Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations Expertise in data analysis, process optimisation, and project management Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices J-18808-Ljbffr
