The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving business growth within the market. Key Responsibilities Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals, and business development activities locally. Procure new business and manage relationships with existing customers. Collaborate with other departments to identify referral opportunities. Performance and Management Stay informed on current economic and financial markets through ongoing training. Achieve individual sales targets across wealth management, treasury, and insurance products. Provide tailored financial advice and solutions in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Deliver excellent client service and satisfaction. People Skills Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for sales and client engagement. Regulatory and Compliance Comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Attend all necessary training sessions. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Relevant certifications such as CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, or M9A. At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in retail banking. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulations in Singapore. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Meticulous, approachable, helpful, and a team player.
