Ability to travel for networking events, industry events, customers events and meetings. Well versed with Targeted Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, multi-channel campaigns, and cold calling. Well versed with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, ATS, & CRM tools Solid experience in New Business Development and bringing New Logos. Solid Sales and Account Management experience. 5 years of experience in IT Staffing industry (including knowledge around IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, Nearshore Contract hiring, Perm placement, Direct Hire, Managed Services, SOW). 5 years of good experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service. Comes with solid relationship with local and global clients. Comes with solid relationship with CIO, CTO, CDO, Delivery Leaders, Business Heads, TA Leaders and MSPs.
