At Viva, we’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Analyst who’s passionate about technology and eager to play a key role in ensuring the flawless performance of our digital channels: website, mobile app, and kiosks . You will be essential in delivering a smooth, reliable, and agile digital experience to our customers. Your Deliverables Will Be: Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital channels, proactively identifying and resolving issues in real time. Manage and follow up on incident tickets through JIRA, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Use tools like Datadog to monitor transactions, detect backend errors, and provide visibility into service health. Review digital flows, query APIs, and analyze code (using Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, DevTools, etc) to identify root causes of incidents. Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate fixes and validate that solutions are working as expected. Propose and support process automation initiatives to strengthen the operations of our digital channels. Our Ideal Candidate: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related fields. Advanced and fluent English (mandatory). Experience with Visual Studio.
