About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex telecommunications services for enterprise clients across global markets. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across networking, voice, and cybersecurity platforms, ensuring excellence in execution, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction. This is a critical role within our global service delivery team, responsible for managing strategic client implementations and internal initiatives with a focus on operational efficiency, technical precision, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead full project lifecycle (initiation through closure) for the delivery of telecommunications services, including WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, SIP Trunking, Hosted Voice, Unified Communications, and managed cybersecurity solutions. Provide technical thought leadership in collaboration with customer IT staff, solution engineers, and internal design engineers. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, internal engineering teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless communication and accountability. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder communications using industry-standard tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Manage cross-functional internal and external resources, including network engineers, provisioning teams, voice specialists, security consultants, and field operations. Ensure technical and operational requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented in accordance with client expectations and SLAs. Drive technical issue resolution and escalate challenges proactively to maintain project momentum. Facilitate project governance, status meetings, executive reporting, and client readiness reviews. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and corporate PMO frameworks. Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the PMO and delivery organizations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of project management experience in telecommunications or IT services. Deep technical understanding of enterprise networking (MPLS, SD-WAN), voice solutions (VoIP, SIP, UCaaS), and cybersecurity (firewalls, DDoS mitigation, VPNs). Proven experience delivering complex, multi-site deployments for enterprise or government customers. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive reporting. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with global telecom service providers or carriers. Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or other service management and security frameworks. Knowledge of service orchestration platforms, OSS/BSS, and network provisioning systems. Multilingual capabilities and/or experience working with international teams.
