Job Summary We are looking for 4 experienced Senior Consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client. This assignment focuses on ensuring process stability, production ramp-up support, and OEE improvement for key suppliers to avoid supply shortages and safeguard production. Key Responsibilities Ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks Support ramp-up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP Calculate and track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); identify main disruptors Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines Present daily performance indicators and reports to our customer Assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively Support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem-solving coaching Be available for on-site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary Required Qualifications & Skills Proven senior-level experience in the automotive industry VDA certification (a MUST) Expertise in industrialization and technology transfer Deep knowledge in logistics and supply chain management Experience with critical suppliers and strong problem-solving capabilities Leadership mindset with an objective-driven, hands-on approach Excellent communication and reporting skills for management-level stakeholders High resilience and ability to perform under pressure Fluent in English Deliverables Execute project on time with high-quality outcomes Create a measurable and sustainable improvement in supplier performance Ensure compliance with customer KPIs and reporting expectations Soft Skills If you are a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and a team-first attitude — and you thrive in high-pressure environments — we’d love to hear from you.
