Senior Demand Forecaster

What will you do: Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers. Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets…) with relevant data analysis. Improve the forecasts accuracy (statistical models, software…) with transversal coordination actions. Coordinate customer projects with Sales and Supply Planning. Tune the forecast rules according to the demand and market trends. Analyze quantity and financial forecasts, report of forecasts KPIs, and propose improvement. Drive the forecasts meetings as part of the internal SIOP process. Drive convergences and divergences versus the Annual Business Plan. Profile requirements: University degree in economics, engineering, or any related field At least 5 years relevant work experience in demand planning or related activities Experience working with transactional level ERP data and operational reports (orders, inventories, etc.). S4/HANA Excellent data analysis skills (including advanced Excel) and the ability to handle large and complex data sets. Fluent English, ideally a second language.
