Company description: At Energy Invest, we specialize in acquiring and managing mineral rights and royalties nationwide. With over 10 years of combined experience in the field, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities of owning and managing minerals and royalties. Role description: As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. Your primary focus will be on proactively identifying potential business opportunities through outbound prospecting calls. Success in this position hinges on your ability to build immediate positive rapport with prospects and maintain a high daily volume of call activity to generate leads for the sales team. Responsibilities: Support in the maintenance and updating of leads and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) Initial contact of leads (cold calling; mail) Coordination of appointments and preparation of customer meetings, inclunding preparation of documents Creating simple offers and follow-ups after customer interactions Assisting with the documentation of contract documents and sales information What We're Looking For (Essential Qualifications): Exceptional English Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for clear and effective communication with prospects. Reliable Commute: Ability to reliably commute to our office in for this full-time, in-office position. Having your own vehicle or a consistently dependable mode of transportation is necessary. Engaging & Positive Attitude: A naturally charismatic, outgoing personality with a consistently positive, resilient, and can-do attitude. You thrive on interaction and can maintain enthusiasm. Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage potential clients effectively over the phone. Resilience & Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain persistent and motivated in a high-volume calling environment. Coachability & Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn sales techniques, receptive to feedback, and committed to personal and professional growth. Self-Motivation & Drive: Ability to work independently, stay focused, and driven to achieve and exceed goals. Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications): Previous Experience: Some experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or any role involving significant client interaction is a plus, but not a firm requirement for candidates with the right aptitude. Basic Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and general computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace). Salary: $12,000 USD annual Bonuses: Variable, up to 50% of monthly salary based on good performance and call intensity.
