Telesales Representative

Company Description Carnival Castle Private Theatres. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gachibowli & Kondapur Hyderabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, services offered by Carnival Castle Private Theatres. Day-to-day tasks include making sales calls, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, identifying sales opportunities, and generating leads. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Experience in customer support and handling customer inquiries Proven sales skills and the ability to achieve sales targets Experience in providing training to new team members Excellent time-management and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Pleasant personality with a professional attitude High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
