At Zahoree Company, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to our customers and help them navigate technical challenges with ease. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers via phone, email, or remote assistance. Install and configure software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality. Provide clear, concise communication to help users understand and resolve their issues. Document and maintain detailed records of technical problems and solutions to improve future service. Collaborate with our tech team to escalate more complex issues and provide continuous improvements. What We’re Looking For: Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and basic understanding about smart home devices. Full training will be provided. Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication skills —you can explain complex concepts to non-tech-savvy users in simple terms in one on these languages: Swedish/Norwegian . Additional languages are a plus. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter with a desire to grow and learn in the ever-evolving tech landscape. Bonus points if you have: Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles. Familiarity with smart home devices (e.g., lighting systems, security cameras, voice assistants, etc.).
