What is it like to be a Maintenance Planner at DHV Technology? As a Maintenance Planner at DHV Technology, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance activities for our manufacturing equipment. Your focus will be on minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective maintenance strategies and documentation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and warehouse to support efficient and reliable operations. Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include: Maintenance Planning : Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on equipment manuals, failure history, criticality analysis, and applicable regulations. Coordinate weekly and monthly maintenance schedules with production and quality departments. Work Order Management : Manage the full life cycle of work orders in the CMMS: creation, assignment, follow-up, and closure. Ensure proper documentation and accurate tracking of execution times. Spare Parts and Material Coordination : Work with the technical warehouse to ensure necessary spare parts and materials are available. Suggest minimum stock levels for critical components. Performance Analysis and Improvement : Analyze key maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability) and support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all maintenance activities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and equipment histories. Coordination and Technical Support : Collaborate with maintenance technicians, process engineers, and external providers. Provide technical support during internal and external audits related to maintenance and reliability. Education and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering). Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Familiarity with CMMS tools for maintenance planning and tracking. Experience in field operations and project execution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Valuable Qualifications: English language proficiency (B2–C1). Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP Business One. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail, team spirit, and initiative. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
