Vent Fitness has the Largest group exercise program in the Capital District with nearly 300 classes per week. Vent Fitness is a licensee of Les Mills and offers a wide range of proprietary group classes. We are always in search of professional instructors with experience in any of the following: BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, BodyStep, BodyFlow, Barre, RPM, RIDE, Zumba, Yoga and Pilates.
