This position reports to Paving Superintendent and perfect candidate would be able to communicate in Spanish and English. Your duties will include leading a crew of operators and laborers on concrete and asphault paving projects, completing daily reports, interacting with sales, estimation, executive team, and clients, notifying supervisor on material levels, keeping projects under cost estimates. You must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to be insured for company truck. You may be required to pass a pre employment drug and background screening upon arrival.
