This role offers the opportunity to lead field operations on significant hospital and healthcare facility projects across California. Job Description Key responsibilities for Senior Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Long Beach Oversee day-to-day field operations on OSHPD projects, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety targets are met Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and OSHPD regulations Lead site meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders Mentor and manage assistant superintendents and field staff Proactively resolve field issues and maintain clear documentation of jobsite activities Ensure quality control procedures are followed and project goals are achieved MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Candidate for Senior Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Long Beach 10 years of experience in building and construction, with an emphasis on OSHPD construction.
