Job Description Job Description Independent Escrow Company is looking for an Experienced Escrow Assistant Our growing company is in need of an experienced escrow professional to add to our fantastic Team! We are looking for someone that: Has at least 18 consecutive months of RECENT experience working specifically in escrow as an Escrow Assistant Is able to process escrows for both resale and refinance transactions Is able to process loan documents and lender requests Is accurate and efficient and has the ability to self motivate and work in a high volume environment. Is able to work full time, has a great attendance record, and is available to work overtime as needed. Has the ability to prioritize daily tasks and time-sensitive deadlines with and pays great attention to detail. Has impeccable attendance and is extremely reliable. Is a customer service superstar! Is able to be employed under the California, Department of Business Oversight, and be bonded by the Escrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation. This is a requirement.
