Associate Implementation Analyst – Software Implementation, Customer Success, AML, SaaS, PaaS, Software Support, Testing, Onboarding, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Hubspot, London (Hybrid, 2 days a week) Up to £40,000 Benefits This is a fantastic Associate Implementation Analyst opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, to support key customer SaaS implementations, in a support and customer-service capacity. The Associate Implementation Analyst is a hybrid working role, based in London, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. As an Associate Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the customer success team, supporting client SaaS implementations, providing technical support, and excellent customer service. The Associate Implementation Analyst should have 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-focused, technical support role, ideally within a SaaS/PaaS product-led business. The Associate Implementation Analyst will ideally have good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), as well as Smartsheets, Hubspot, being desirable. An enthusiastic, can-do, and proactive work ethic is essential for this role. Key Skills as Associate Implementation Analyst: 2 years’ experience in a Technical Support and/or Implementation Support role. Experience working in a SaaS/PaaS environment (Desirable). Knowledge of collaboration and customer services software (Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Hubspot). Knowledge of AML technologies and the industry (Desirable). Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive work ethic. Excellent communication skills.
