About the Role This is a pivotal support role where you’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes. Working alongside our sales and tech teams, you’ll ensure our customers receive prompt, clear, and professional support—every time. What You’ll Be Doing: · Answering and directing incoming customer and support calls · Booking appointments and managing sales reps’ calendars · Assisting with quoting and following up on low-level opportunities · Supporting office coordination for the sales/tech team · Booking travel, accommodation, and ordering team uniforms · Helping at field days and promotional events · Ensuring every customer receives fast and clear communication What You Bring: · Strong customer service and communication skills · Excellent organisation and time management · Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment · Previous experience in admin, sales support, or similar roles · Tech-savvy and confident using systems like CRMs, calendars, and Microsoft Office · Agricultural experience and livestock knowledge advantageous What We Offer: · A supportive team environment · Variety in your day-to-day tasks · Opportunity to make a real difference to the customer experience · On-the-job training and growth opportunities Sound like you?
