Job Opportunity: Patient Booker / Pathway Coordinator – ASAP Start Location: Shrewsbury Contract Duration: ASAP – End of September Position Type: Monday - Friday We are seeking a proactive and organised Patient Booker / Pathway Coordinator to join our team in Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to support vital NHS services on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient appointments and booking pathways in line with NHS protocols Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams Ensure timely and accurate data entry onto NHS systems Support patients with appointment queries and rescheduling ✅ Essential Requirements: Previous NHS booking experience is required Strong administrative and IT skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Knowledge or experience in endoscopy pathways (preferred but not essential)
