Join a thriving and well-established food business with a strong customer base and a diverse product portfolio. As Senior Food Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next wave of delicious and health-focused products for leading retail and foodservice clients. This is a newly created position within a growing NPD Team. As a senior member of the department, you’ll lead the development of innovative products from concept through to launch, using your culinary insight and trend awareness to drive exciting new ranges that resonate with today’s consumers. You’ll be a key player in customer-facing NPD, managing both new and existing product development (EPD) projects. Working alongside a collaborative team of Chefs, Process, Technical and NPD professionals, you’ll manage customer projects from concept to launch. What We’re Looking For A track record of successful product launches within the retail food sector Strong project management and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Passion for food, innovation, and emerging trends A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence and permanent right to work in the UK You’ll be part of a passionate team in a business that values innovation and quality.
