Responsibilities as a Project Director: Lead the overall delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee and support project teams, including Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight. Take full ownership of client relationships, acting as the principal point of contact and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with the preconstruction team to influence tender strategy, contribute to bid submissions, and support successful project wins. Manage all commercial aspects of projects in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring financial targets and reporting requirements are met. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, legal, and regulatory standards across all sites. Drive best practices in delivery, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance. Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and changes efficiently and effectively
