Their marketing team is crucial to ensuring clear customer communications and timely offers that are personalised and tailored to suit their audience. They now have an opportunity for new CRM talent to join the team and help them drive solid email marketing campaigns across a nurtured customer lifecycle. The Opportunity Join a successful marketing team to lead on CRM communications, primarily across email marketing but may also include other common channels Help with customer segmentation for personalisation and tailored campaigns to customers Nurture customers across their lifecycle, from acquisition welcome journeys to seasonal campaigns like Christmas and retaining customers to the brand Be part of a collaborative, low-ego team where everyone has the customer at the core of everything, and every idea is welcome. Requirements: Prior CRM experience across email marketing and customer lifecycle marketing Previous retail experience is very desirable, or a similar customer-centric industry Attitude is super important - this is a lovely team of people who are proactive, they roll their sleeves up and dive into their work head first!
