Job Description
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join a leading global food business with a strong UK presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of iconic brands in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop the strategic relationship with Sainsbury's, one of their key national accounts Drive sales growth and profitability through effective category management and promotional strategies Develop and implement joint business plans to achieve mutual objectives Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of plans Negotiate commercial terms and manage trade investments to optimise returns The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a driven and commercially astute professional with: Proven experience in national account management within the FMCG sector Strong understanding of the UK grocery retail landscape Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Location: Remote based role. The ideal candidate will be based in the South East and can travel to London to meet with Sainsbury's when required and occasional office meetings (also in London) Package: £60,000 - £64,000 £6,000 Car Allowance Bonus Benefits If you are passionate about driving growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment and have a track record of success in national account management, we would love to hear from you.
