Account Manager

This company is a leading independent, family-owned electrical wholesaler. They are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to help grow their branch in Watford. The Role: As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key part in the branch’s success by: Managing and developing relationships with existing trade and contractor customers Processing sales orders, quotations, and handling day-to-day enquiries Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and increase account spend Working closely with the team and customers to deliver outstanding service Supporting with stock control, pricing, and supplier liaison when needed What they are looking for: Experience in an electrical wholesale or trade counter environment Strong customer service and communication skills A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask Knowledge of electrical products is a strong advantage Energy and enthusiasm to grow the business What you’ll get: A stable, long-term career with a well-established, family owned company Training, development and support Friendly, supportive work environment Part of a close-knit team where employees are valued.
