Job Description
Field Sales Representative Our client is an award-winning, global-leading outsourced marketing company with a turnover north of £50 million. They are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for managing an existing base of independent pharmacies across Northwest London, ensuring that you're building strong relationships, upselling new products where necessary and increasing distribution of their leading brands, which include; Oral B, Nivea & Gillette. Responsibilities Managing a set of existing independent pharmacy accounts, increasing distribution of brands as well as upselling products, providing merchandising support and completing product training with staff members Create & execute an efficient journey plan, maximizing KPI efforts Complete all administrative tasks & CRM management as required, recording all field-based activity and client touch points Maintain strong communication with both internal and external teams Identify areas of potential new business within territory The Successful Candidate 12 months field sales / territory management experience Previous merchandising experience is ideal Food & Beverage candidates are encouraged to apply Experience working with independent retailers is a plus A link to pharmacy is a plus Field Sales Representative Package Basic salary: up to £33,000 10% bonus Company car & fuel card Additional company bonus & monthly incentives 25 days annual leave bank holidays Private pension Life assurance Cash plan scheme
