I'm looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following: Experience within a multi-faceted operation The ability to manage 4 kitchens and a BOH team of 25 Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience Strong events experience Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar level Head Chef position within the last year.
