Sales & Service Technician Apprentice - Polokwane

A Well established company located in Polokwane, requires a Sales and Service Technician apprentice DUTIES: Comply with the law, the companys policies and procedures Willing to work overtime from time to time Update the relevant policies and procedures Sales of product offerings, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables. Marketing the companys products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and give demonstrations Maintain existing customer relations Provide services customers, including installations, verifications, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the companys products Assist with helpdesk support Assist with stock counts Assist with office administration Assist with debt collection, including cash collections and cash deposits Will be required to work standby weekends on a rotation basis REQUIRMENTS: Matric 1 years working experience in FMCG Diploma in Business management (Preferred) MS Office Knowledge in retail scales and weights and measures Microsoft Office 365, Basic computer skills SLP & Various POS software Sales, Customer Relation and Goal orientated Good problem-solving skills and Good communication skills Excellent communication skills, Friendly and approachable, Neat, efficient and confident
