Sales & Service Technician - Mossel Bay

A Well established company based in Mossel Bay, requires a sales and service Technician. Duties: Comply with the law, the companys policies and procedures Willing to work overtime from time to time Update the relevant policies and procedures Maintain existing customers relations Provide service to our customers, including installations, servicing repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the companys products Assist with helpdesk support Assist with stock counts Assist with office administration Sales of product offering, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables Marketing the companys products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and give demonstrations Sales of product offering, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables REQUIRMENTS: Matric 1 to 5 years working experience in FMCG Diploma in Business management advantageous MS Office Qualified Verification Officer advantageous Knowledge in retail scales and weights and measures Microsoft Office 365, Basic computer skills SLP & Various POS software Sales, Customer Relation and Goal orientated Good problem-solving skills and Good communication skills Excellent communication skills, Friendly and approachable, Neat and efficient, Confidenc
