Job Description
Assistant Store Manager – Key Responsibilities You'll be in charge of making sure our store runs smoothly and is a great place for both our team and our customers. Here's what you'll do: Support daily store operations, including sales, grooming services, inventory, and visual merchandising. Lead by example to motivate and guide the team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow. Manage staff performance through training, scheduling, and policy compliance. Assist in driving store performance through action plans, service quality, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Need Experience managing a team in a retail setting is a big plus, especially if it's in pet care. A real love for animals and knowledge about pet products is a huge advantage. Strong skills in leading and managing a team. Great communication skills. Ability to look at sales numbers and create plans. Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
