Job Description
Primark, an international fashion retail company with 18 stores in Italy and more than 5,000 colleagues, along with 5 stores in Slovenia, Hungary, and Romania, continues its expansion by opening new stores in the upcoming months. Do you want to be part of this ambitious project? We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at the Milan Head Office. As a Regional Facilities Manager for Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, and Romania, reporting to the Senior Retail Facilities Manager in Dublin, you will oversee and manage facility management suppliers, contracts, and partnerships to ensure optimal service delivery and operational efficiency across all regions. Your key responsibilities include: Managing supplier contracts and ensuring contractual service standards are met across all sites. Building strong partnerships with suppliers to foster collaboration. Reviewing and validating quotations, ensuring compliance, and assessing cost-effective options. Conducting performance reviews and audits to ensure maintenance and reactive services meet standards. Performing site audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs to promote continuous improvement. Enhancing customer experience through improved FM services. Aligning services with corporate social responsibility and sustainability goals. Collaborating with Procurement and Finance to manage budgets, review contracts, and oversee tender processes. Planning and managing FM services for new store openings. Ensuring store operations are maintained by managing supplier activities and responding to emergencies. Acting as a liaison between Facilities and Stores to meet operational needs. Providing reports on performance, standards, and costs to senior management. What we're looking for: At least 5 years of experience managing Facility Management contracts in retail, with a proven record in multi-site service delivery. Strong understanding of the Facility Management and retail sectors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build stakeholder relationships. Experience managing large budgets with strong financial skills. Proficiency in CAFM systems and IT report writing. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Collaborative approach with suppliers and teams. Conflict resolution skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Willingness to travel frequently.
