Responsibilities: Arrange stock pallets at the temporary project warehouse Accept daily deliveries Coordinate the unload process Check shipment documentation to confirm unloaded goods Verify the quality and quantity of shipments Upload documentation Manage system check-in/out of goods Communicate daily with team and Procurement department Demobilize goods, tools, and machines after project completion (packing, loading, coordinating deliveries to next project or warehouse) Control inventory through physical counts and coordinate supplies via Procurement Ensure site readiness for mobilization/demobilization Schedule maintenance of on-site equipment and machinery Coordinate pre-construction site access, conditions, constructability reviews, and reporting Ensure resources, supplies, subcontracts, and permits are in place for mobilization Search for local suppliers near the project site Follow safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use materials and equipment properly Candidate Requirements: Willing to work on solar power plant construction sites across Europe for long periods (3 months or more) Ambitious and responsible Experience as a Logistics Manager, preferably in a solar PV project Good written and verbal English skills Professional attitude Aspiring to develop in photovoltaic systems Ability to work independently and effectively Valid driver's license Our Offer: Potential for long-term partnership and growth within a Bulgarian company involved in international projects Excellent working conditions Labor contract with competitive pay Friendly, environmentally conscious work environment Investment in professional and personal development Work-life balance If interested, please send us your CV.
