The role involves developing and implementing local security strategies related to People, Assets, and Goods in coordination with Group Security. The coordinator enforces and improves Ferrero Security Management System locally, focusing on risk mitigation and protection of personnel, physical assets, and key processes across factories, offices, and warehouses. Responsibilities include Local Security Intelligence, Physical and Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, and Threat and Risk Assessments. Key responsibilities include: Planning and executing local security plans such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, and Incident Management, aligned with Group guidelines. Collaborating with Group Security, local management, and other functions to address security issues promptly. Leading investigations into violations, theft, fraud, and breaches of ethics or confidentiality. Conducting security assessments and deploying mitigation measures. Performing annual risk analyses considering crime, terrorism, workplace violence, natural disasters, and health issues. Providing guidance to management on security policies and resource allocation. Maintaining relationships with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security organizations. Managing security services at operational sites and developing security procedures.
