Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Local Procurement Buyer to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle tasks ranging from administrative to strategic, based in Turin, Italy . Accountabilities: Issue estimations of external costs for high-complexity bids. Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during project execution in collaboration with the cost control department. Provide all supply chain inputs necessary for defining and issuing the Integrated Project Plan. Distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistic Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams. Coordinate project material delivery, including spare parts and repairs, aligning with the project plan across involved legal entities. Initiate production based on project requirements (Transfer orders, Purchase orders, etc.) in line with the schedule. Issue Purchase Requests for materials, services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and issue supplier logistics and supply planning documentation per contractual requirements. Monitor and report supplier performance regarding production, FAT, lead times, shipments, and compliance. Identify and implement mitigation actions for potential supplier performance issues. Create SES (Service Entry Sheet) and Work Progress Certificate (WPC) based on supplier milestones to authorize invoicing. For international projects involving multiple legal entities and complex packages: Ensure timely material delivery on both high and medium/low complexity projects according to schedules and budgets. Optimize synergies among projects to enhance delivery efficiency. Continuously improve supply chain planning processes, focusing on cross-functional activities. Finalize and submit external cost estimates for make and buy activities. Performance Criteria: Complete and issue CET form aligned with bid schedule. Ensure material and service delivery aligns with the project schedule. Identify mitigation actions for potential delivery delays. Track external costs against budgets and forecasts. Regularly update and report on external costs and inventory figures. Required Skills / Knowledge: Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain roles. Knowledge of Contracts, Project Management, Supplier Management, Procurement planning, Vendor rating, Reporting, Risk Management, and related areas. Technical/technological expertise, continuous improvement mindset, documentation management, MPS-MRP techniques, cost control, logistics, and organizational processes. Thank you for your interest.
