The role involves developing and implementing local security measures concerning People, Assets, and Goods in coordination with Group Security. The coordinator ensures the continuous improvement of Ferrero's Security Management System at the local level, focusing on risk mitigation and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, Threat and Risk Assessments across production facilities, offices, warehouses, and all local business operations in collaboration with Group Security. The role promotes best practices and improvement actions within the security community in the area. Planning, developing, and implementing local security strategies such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, and Incident Management following Group guidelines. Collaborating effectively with Group Security, local management, and other functions to address security issues promptly. Leading investigations into violations of law, breaches of ethics, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, embezzlement, and unauthorized disclosures. Conducting security assessments and deploying measures to mitigate risks. Performing annual risk analyses considering crime levels, terrorism, workplace violence, natural and man-made disasters. Providing leadership and advice on security policies, practices, and resource allocation to protect Ferrero assets. Maintaining excellent communication with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security organizations at various levels. Managing and supervising security services at production sites, drafting security procedures aligned with Ferrero policies. Who we are looking for : The ideal candidate will be an experienced security management expert, committed to upholding Group values, diversity, inclusion, and continuous development. They should be a proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. REQUIRED : High school diploma; degree preferred. Relevant experience in workplace security. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
