About the Role : Reporting to the Country Security Manager and the local HR Manager, the Security Coordinator will develop and implement local security strategies concerning People, Assets, and Goods in coordination with Group Security. They will enforce and improve the Ferrero Security Management System at the local level, ensuring effective protection of personnel, physical assets, goods, key processes, and know-how through a risk mitigation and cost-conscious approach. The role includes overseeing various security aspects such as Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, and Threat and Risk Assessments across production factories, offices, warehouses, and all local business operations, in coordination with Group Security. The Security Coordinator will also promote improvements and share best practices within the Security community in the area. Plan, develop, and implement local security plans and programs, including Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management, and Investigations, aligned with Group security guidelines. Coordinate effectively with Group Security, local management, and other functions to address security issues promptly. Lead internal investigations related to violations of law, breaches of ethics, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, embezzlement, and unauthorized disclosures or theft of proprietary information. Conduct periodic security assessments and deploy measures to mitigate risks. Perform annual risk analysis considering crime levels, terrorism, workplace violence, natural and man-made disasters. Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to local management on security policies, practices, and resource expenditures to protect Ferrero assets. Establish and maintain communication channels with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and other security organizations. Manage and supervise security services at production sites, drafting and implementing security procedures compliant with Ferrero policies. Who we are looking for : The ideal candidate will be an experienced security management expert with a focus on group values, diversity & inclusion, competence development, and empowerment. They should be a self-starter capable of managing multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously. REQUIRED : High school diploma required; degree preferred. Relevant experience in workplace security. Strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify issues and develop solutions. Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
