Job Description

The resource will be joining our HQ Supply Chain Team. In particular, the person will support the team with the following activities: Own S&OP at regional level, manage control inventory for the full cluster, and lead improvement actions within the Supply Chain organization. Develop, communicate, deploy, and follow up on a strong Inventory Management process with guidance from Planning Managers. Job Description Maintain a constant relationship with regional S&OP teams to understand demand forecasting drivers. Assist in the development, implementation, analysis, and coordination of S&OP meetings, providing KPIs and analysis on forecast accuracy, stock quality, and inventory optimization actions. Challenge forecasts from sales teams and analyze data (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets). Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile variances and refine forecast models. Discuss forecast trends with the region, identifying root causes for demand pattern changes, and update forecasting systems accordingly. Develop and maintain reports related to the demand planning process. Contribute to regional supply planning by developing inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and phase-outs. Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals, report on stock levels, and evaluate commercial actions on slow movers, excess, and obsolete stock. Lead digitalization programs and continuous improvement initiatives in stock management tools and processes. Support inventory checks, validate inventory accuracy, and investigate discrepancies. Key Requirements Degree in Economics or Engineering preferred. Fluent in English. Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel, BI tools, ERP systems, Logility (or other forecasting tools), and inventory management techniques. Additional supply management certification (e.g., APICS) is a plus. Structured working style, overview management, and analytical approach. Positive mindset, team player, responsible, proactive, and curious about supply chain environments. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate project management, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
