Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Servicing & Onboarding Associate. The associate will be responsible for managing client services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and facilitating their onboarding process. The associate will also handle finance-related inquiries and provide ongoing support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications Client Services and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills Finance-related awareness and understanding Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Experience in the wellness or food industry is a plus
