Schedule: Mon-Sun 7a-730p Candidate Requirements Active PA License or providers who need to obtain a license Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1 Job Information Typical Day: Responds to trauma activations daily rounds progress notes H&Ps and discharge summaries 10 bed ICU there is a doc in ICU at all times during 7a -7p Trauma level: II Providers will work solo Typical cases seen: Falls, MVC, MCC (major complication or Comorbidity) Procedures: appys, choley, ex lap, hernia repairs Workload: 20-35 inpatient per day/night Patient Mix: 5% burn surgical 45% 50% trauma Other specialties onsite: Neuro Surgery - Ortho - Plastics- Ent- Vascular surgery- Cardiology EMR: Cerner
