Job Description
Job Description Our client is offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Construction Contract Administrator in Austell, GA. In this role, you will leverage your skills and experience to track construction progress, prepare weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters throughout the building process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct weekly site visits to monitor construction progress, prepare weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters. - Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings, approve pay requests, process change orders, and collaborate with design staff and contractors to resolve field issues. - Perform punch list observations, draft letters of substantial completion, collect close-out documents, and assist the owner with warranty items as needed. Requirements: - 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection or management experience. - Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience. - Fundamental understanding of engineering systems, construction processes, attention to detail, and a customer service-driven approach.
