Warehouse Manager

Job Description Job Description As the Warehouse Manager at LiveHappy, LLC, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operations at our cannabis facility. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who will be the primary point of contact for all employees regarding inbound deliveries and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Inbound Deliveries: Serve as the primary point of contact for all warehouse employees regarding inbound deliveries. Coordinate and manage the receipt of all incoming shipments. Notify the ordering party listed on the Purchase Order (PO) promptly upon receipt of goods. Inventory Management: Conduct weekly reconciliation of inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability. Provide weekly updates on inventory stock levels to relevant departments. Monitor inventory levels and issue notifications when stock reaches reorder thresholds to prevent stockouts. Implement and oversee an efficient system for inventory tracking and control, tailored to the specific needs of a cannabis facility. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with state cannabis regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations. Staff Management: Supervise, train, warehouse staff to ensure a high level of productivity and compliance. Schedule and assign employees ensuring positive productivity. Operational Improvements: Improve warehouse operations through efficient processes, technological enhancements, and innovative solutions. Prepare annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Equpment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness and safety. Qualifications: Experience Business Administration Logistics, or related field Proven experience as a warehouse manager, preferably in a cannabis or similar regulated industry. Strong understanding of warehouse software systems and MS Office. Knowledge of state cannabis industry legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
