This is a 13-week contract position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role . Join a dedicated clinical team and make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting! Job Description – MLT Duties Perform clinical laboratory testing in areas such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunology Analyze and interpret lab results to aid in diagnosis and treatment Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment Adhere to quality assurance and regulatory standards (CLIA, COLA, etc.) Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and team members Rotate through various lab areas and participate in call rotation as needed Education & Certification Requirements Associate's Degree or equivalent in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field MLT (ASCP) or AMT Certification – Required Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
