Position Overview: As the OI Milling Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of our Milling Center. You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the highest quality standards, and utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional dental products to our customers. Key Responsibilities: CAM Software Experience (Mandatory) Dental CAM software (hyperDENT highly preferred) Calibrating Nesting Project file management CAM software troubleshooting Identify areas of improvement regarding milling strategies CAM Technical Expertise (Mandatory) Dental mill operating experience (Versamill 5X500L experience highly preferred) Machine maintenance Troubleshooting problems Identify areas of improvement and develop SOPs accordingly. CAD Software Expertise Coordinate and participate in CAD/CAM Process Scan models and/or receive scanned models or impressions and import into CAD software 3Shape Exocad Quality Management (eQMS) Experience (Mandatory) High accountability on documenting mill, equipment, and project statuses Detailed focused and highly organized Accurate and on-time reporting QC products Implant Expertise (Mandatory) Knowledgeable about different manufacturers and platforms Knowledgeable about the applications for different restorative types Parts, products, and equipment Product development and R&D for OI Dental Lab Experience (Mandatory) Understands dental terminology and vernacular Laboratory experience Capable of operating handpiece and tools Packaging & Shipping Experience (Preferred) Package and ship products to specifications of end-users Invoicing High Aptitude for Technology (Mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft OS/365 Software competence and troubleshooting Computer and milling hardware configuring/setup MRP Software Experience (Preferred) Case entry Product scheduling Documenting customer and case notes/preferences Customer Portal Management (Preferred) Cloud-based storage and computing experience JotForm portal knowledge (preferred) Accept customer orders and download files on-time Customer Service/Interfacing Experience (Preferred) Communicate order status via phone and email Support customers with basic technical questions and assist in order uploads Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Proficiency in relevant software and technology At Open Implants, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
