Chef Manager Essex, Brentwood Contract Catering - Education Sector £36,000 Starting salary for 40 Hour Contract Benefits - Monday to Friday only Good work / life balance Parking on Site Good Company Benefit Package I have a great Chef Manager position available at an Independent education site in Brentwood. This is a lovely small unit with a great team and client as well. We are looking for Chefs that have previous Chef Manager experience within schools. This Chef Manager role is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7.30am to 4pm. This is a full 52 week contract as you will work over summer to cover a nursery operation as well. This Chef Manager will be supported by a cook, kitchen assistant and pot wash. You will provide food for a small breakfast club around 10-15 and then lunch for around 70. Occasional hospitality for events may be required. The Chef Manager will be very hands on and form close relationships with the students and teachers alike. All food freshly produced each day and you will need to write 3 week rotating menus' and you will have the opportunity to create your own menus.
