Job Role: Senior Sous Chef Location: Central London Sector: Contact Catering Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 Benefits - £42,000 - £43,000 Starting Salary Monday to Friday mainly with some evenings and very occasional weekends needed for events Leading Catering Company We are working with a busy operation based in Central London and looking for a Senior Sous Chef to cover the retail operation. You will offer breakfast and lunch for up to around 250-300 in the main service area and also cater for a small take away operation. This Senior Sous Chef role is mainly a Monday to Friday position with hours being around 8am to 4pm however an occasional weekend shift may be required for events and some occasional evenings to support with functions. Working within both the retail offer and also hospitality the Senior Sous Chef will need experience in both area ideally within contract catering, The retail service offers a number of hot options and carvery style service. Then also grab and go / deli type offer as well. You will report into an Exec Chef but you will be in charge of the retail side of the kitchen and have support from a small team to help you.
