Shop Inspector

Xpresso Café is looking for a Franchise store inspector to join our growing brand, we need someone who ensures every single store meets our standards of excellence. Youll be our eyes, ears, and heart in the field visiting stores, upholding excellence, inspiring teams, and making sure the Xpresso Café magic is alive in every corner, frequent travelling to KZN and JHB will be required. WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Loves the coffee industry and understands great customer service Has impeccable attention to detail from hygiene to branding to staff behaviour Can confidently walk into a store, lead with kindness, but address problems firmly Can train, uplift, correct, and report without missing a beat Has previous experience in store management or franchise operations RESPONSIBILITIES: Visit multiple stores weekly to check cleanliness, customer service, branding & store flow Complete detailed checklists and reports Provide real-time feedback to store staff Guide underperforming stores with training & support Work with head office on performance improvements Full-time travel-based position | Based at Head Office in Brackenfell, Okavango Park with travel to stores Own transport required | Experience in retail/food franchises essential
