Key Account Executive | FMCG/Retail Sector | One-North | $5.5K - $8K per month

We’re on the lookout for a Key Account Executive to support our commercial growth across the General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) sectors. What You’ll Be Doing: Account Management & Customer Support Assist Key Account Manager in executing business plans and promotional activities. Work with ops teams and merchandisers to enhance sales visibility. Keep track of pricing, trade terms, and new product listings. Customer Relationship Management Be the key point of contact for GT customers. Build strong retailer relationships and onboard new accounts. Ensure top-notch service and execution quality. Sales Ops & Performance Monitoring Monitor sales, inventory, and promotions for effective demand planning. Liaise with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure smooth order-to-activation flow. Provide insights for reviews and internal planning. Reporting & Admin Maintain performance dashboards and trackers. Document meeting notes and follow up on key deliverables. Support in preparing forecasts, account plans, and promotional calendars. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields. 2 years of experience in key account management, sales ops, or customer support (FMCG/retail preferred). Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with dashboards and Excel. Prior exposure to GT/MT trade operations is highly valued. Experience in retail sector (not limited to food) is welcome.
