We value talent and passion, fostering professional growth for our employees. Job Purpose We are seeking a candidate to support both sales and stock management. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador, conveying the Brand’s philosophy and values, maximizing sales performance, fostering customer relationships, and developing brand loyalty through a unique store experience. Additionally, the candidate will manage stock in terms of KPIs, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring stock maintenance, minimizing losses, and implementing directives from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager. Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience. Develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and meet KPIs. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors. Demonstrate product and brand knowledge. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary. Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines. Contribute to store security and prevent thefts. Ensure product safety and proper handling in the warehouse. Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and preparation for sales. Organize stock counts and stock-takes accurately. Track product flow using SAP system. Manage stockroom activities related to repairs and markdowns. Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to guidelines and deadlines. Knowledge and Skills High affinity for luxury products, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Organized, detail-oriented, mature, and assertive. A Business / Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus. Interest in luxury / fashion, art, and design is desirable. J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
