Finished Product Warehouse Flow & Stock Planner

The position plays a key role in flow and stock planning, and management for frigo, hibernation and ambient warehouses of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, external warehouses in the area surrounding Alba and the central plant warehouse serving the entire Italian territory. The primary responsibilities include guaranteeing an efficient stock level, seamless in / out flows and Quality and Safety standards. Additional tasks entail ensuring and supervising the delivery of reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the local Supply Chain, assigning priorities and guiding workload management for shipping clerk activities. The position guarantees the supplier invoices accuracy, monitors and processes payments related to supply chain services. In addition, engaging in cross-functional projects and process improvements are also activities within the scope. The position manages a team and acts as a key point of contact for the local warehouse manager. Main activities Efficient flow and stock planning, and management at the central plant warehouse and 3PL. Guaranteeing Quality and Safety standards. Prioritization and guidance in workload management for shipping clerk activities. Engaging in cross-functional and process improvement projects. Team Management. Acting as a key point of contact for the local warehouse manager. Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration). Proven experience in warehouse and supply chain management. Experience with invoice verification and payment processing. Leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Proficiency in Italian and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
